Ashley is the Director of Clinical Operations at The Ranch Tennessee. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. Ashley has gained clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, serving as both a therapist and a clinical leader.
Ashley is a person in long-term recovery and is deeply passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journeys toward healing and recovery. She prioritizes integrity, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach in all interactions. Ashley is trained in Brainspotting and is currently completing training to become a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, going to concerts, and spending time with her family.
Ashanti Gray is the PHP/IOP Program Director at The Ranch TN, where she leads a dedicated team of therapists supporting individuals facing mental health and/or substance use challenges. A Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience, Ashanti has spent the last four years at The Ranch TN—first as a therapist, and now in a leadership role developing treatment programming and guiding clinical care.
Driven by a passion for helping others heal and grow, Ashanti brings empathy, structure, and a client-centered approach to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys concerts, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
Kirsten is a Program Director at The Ranch of Tennessee, bringing more than a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. Since 2014, she has worked across a wide range of treatment settings, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs, rehabilitation facilities, and private practice. Kirsten is deeply committed to supporting clients in both individual and group settings, with a specialization in dual diagnosis and mental health treatment. Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is EMDR-trained and is currently completing training toward her Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) credential. Kirsten’s therapeutic philosophy centers on empowering clients with practical tools and skills that promote self-sufficiency, long-term recovery, and sustained personal growth. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and reading.
